- Move In: June 6, 2026 10AM - 4PM EST.
- Move Out: August 8, 2026 no later than 2:00 pm EST.
Rates
- Kaufman Hall Single Studio Apartment: $7,000
- Alumni Hall Single Bedroom in 2 Person Shared Apartment: $6,000 per resident
- Kaufman Hall Double Studio Apartment: $5,000 per resident
- Alumni Hall Double Bedroom in 4 Person shared Apartment: $4,000 per resident
Payments are due at the time of application and may be made via Visa, Discover, or MasterCard through a secure online payment platform. FIT is unable to grant refunds for cancellations less than 4 weeks before the posted move in date.
